1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Items that are opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Herbal supplements once opened.
  • Massage oils and pain relief products if the seal is broken.
  • Any item purchased under clearance or special discounts.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos/videos as proof for verification.

4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
